While large enterprises have led early AI adoption, medium-sized businesses (MBs) (100–999 employees) are now rapidly advancing towards AI-driven transformation. Agile, ambitious and ready to invest, this segment is expected to spend over USD4 trillion on technology products and services between 2025 and 2028. 

To help technology providers – such as hyperscalers, software vendors and their technology partners – engage this large and fast-growing segment, Analysys Mason surveyed over 600 MBs across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA.
